On YouTube, the video is under the Standard YouTube License, which is not compatible with BMC's Open Data policy, nor with inclusion in and redistribution through a CC BY article. I <a href='https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ais69H0li8&google_comment_id=z130glq4xo3bubutb23phdsj0vuyifhw304'>asked</a> the uploader whether they can switch the license to CC BY. I think you should ask them too, or thank them in case they have done that by then.
